6th Meeting

1. For one week, challenge yourself to:

a. Get high score in a quiz or seatwork,
b. To recite in class at least once in any courses;
c. To submit a quality assignment or requirementa.

What challenge did you take?

- I challenge myself to get a high score in a quiz or in a seatwork.

b. Were you able to beat the challenge? How do you feel about it?

- Yes, I am able to beat the challenge. I feel very satisfied that I am able to meet the challenge and I prove o myself that I can do many things, I just need o trust myself. I’m the top 4 of the class on the first long exam in chemistry class and the 9th overall top on all the students of our professor.c. What have you realized/learned from your experience?- I learned that everybody needs self-confidence in order for them to get their wants. They need to trust themselves, just like what I have done. We need to strive hard to attain the success that we want to achieve.

4th Meeting

1. Looking back at the list of your positive characteristics and qualities, what do you feel and realize about it?

- I have my own weaknesses and strengths so I will work on my weaknesses and improve my strengths...

2. The Golden Rule says, "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you."

a. Given the following situations, how would you like to be treated by your teachers and schoolmates:
- when you have given wrong answers to the questions during recitation;
- I won’t feel disappointed and I will study more so that I will not do mistakes again..
- when you are expressing your opinion during class or group discussion; - when you are giving suggestions during group work or presentation;
- I will let my opinion be heard in the class and so do I to have good communicating skills and to have much better work...- when you commit mistake;
- when you don't like doing what they ask you to do; -->I will not let others manipulate me. I know what will I do...- when they want to give you comments or suggestions? -->like when I am expressing my opinion...

b. considering the given ideas on how to treat others with respect what can you commit to you in terms of dealing with the MCL community: teachers, students, employees, security, maintenance/janitors and canteen personnel?

- a disciplined man knows how to act like a man. That’s the way how professionals are trained. Respect others if you want to be respected by others too...

8th Meeting

I. Challenge yourselfChoose a challenge:
a. Tell the truth
b. Return recovered things (personal items, money, etc)
c. Admit mistaked. Return excess changee.

Avoid cheating on your journal, process your experience with the aid of the following guide questions:

a. What challenge did you take?

- I do always return excess change on a jeepney and the excess change of a shop because i know that small amount of money is a big amount for them.
b. Were you able to do the challenge? How do you feel about it?
-yes, I feel more relieved because I know I've done little good things for other people.
c. What have you realized/learned from your experience?
-being honest is still the best policy.
